Do Dham Yatra Kedar – Badri Ex Haridwar

The Do Dham Yatra Kedar Badri refers to a sacred pilgrimage encompassing two significant Hindu shrines located in Uttarakhand, India – Kedarnath and Badrinath. This spiritual journey typically initiates from the prominent pilgrimage hub of Haridwar, which holds its own religious importance.

Embarking from Haridwar, the expedition involves a road trip to Guptkashi, a pivotal point serving as the gateway to Kedarnath. To reach the Kedarnath temple, there is a 14-kilometer uphill trek. Alternatively, pilgrims have the option to hire horses or palanquins for assistance. The temple, devoted to Lord Shiva, rests at an elevation of 3,583 meters within the Himalayan expanse.

Subsequent to visiting Kedarnath, the yatra progresses towards Joshimath, a central location for accessing Badrinath. Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is one of India’s prominent Char Dham pilgrimage sites. Positioned at a height of 3,133 meters, the temple is believed to have been founded by Adi Shankaracharya during the 8th century.

Navigating the route from Kedarnath to Badrinath unveils scenic landscapes and entails a crossing over the revered Alaknanda River. After experiencing Badrinath, the yatra concludes back in Haridwar.

The entire Do Dham Yatra Kedar Badri pilgrimage carries profound religious significance and draws numerous devotees annually. The pilgrimage’s duration and specific route can vary based on factors like transportation choices, accommodation arrangements, and other considerations.

We have designed the program for both of the pilgrims, whoever proffered to trek or completed the journey by helicopter.

Day 03:
Kedarnath -Sitapur – Night stay in Sitapur
On this day, we will stay in Sitapur to keep a buffer time in hand to handle any last moment delay because of bad weather or any technical or medical reason. This is the best way to arrange an itinerary or program for both trekkers and flyers to Shri Kedarnath Ji. In a lack of geographical knowledge and climate conditions of this divine land, some passengers or some travel agents or tour operators use to keep neck to neck to program for 02 nights in the Kedarnath Ji region. This always creates problems, and they used to disturb their other program. You should cover the sight-seeing or Darshan of Shri Triyugi Narayan Temple (Optional and Chargeable Extra) for maximum use of this day if we stay in Sitapur

Only a small patch from Pandukeshwar to Lambgarh is bit disturbed around 05 kms rest entire distance is quite comfortable & scenic.
